Bluetooth Range

Tile uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to help you locate your items. While Bluetooth technology is a wireless technology, there are significant differences between Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS technology. Tile's Bluetooth range is up to 100 ft. Bluetooth is most effective at the 30 ft. range, depending on the environment.
If your Tile is out of Bluetooth range, you can use Last Place Seen to see where it was last seen on the map, or you can mark your Tile as lost and it will allow your Tile to be discovered by the community. When anyone running the app comes within Bluetooth range of your Tile, you will receive an alert notifying you of the location of your Tile.

Shipping

Tile is currently taking orders for shipment to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the European Union (excluding Cyprus/Croatia/Malta), and United States. Orders are shipped within the next business day, and includes tracking information.

Privacy

Tiles are only visible to the registered user, and they do not contain any personal identifiable information on them. If you mark something as lost, another user's phone can find a Tile, but it relays the information to our servers anonymously. The user never even knows they did it.

Warranty and Returns

We have worked very hard to create a product you will love, and we believe you will love your Tile. However, we realize the product you receive from Tile may not be exactly what you expected. Should this rare occurrence take place, the original retail purchaser of the product may return all Tiles purchased in the original transaction, in their original condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 30 days of the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser and Tile will exchange it or provide a full refund of the original purchase price. Please note that this policy applies only to products you purchase directly from Tile.
