Common Questions
What is Tile's Bluetooth range?
Tile Mate and Slim have a maximum range of 100 ft. Tile Sport and Style increase that to 200 ft. However, as with all wireless technologies, different environments impact the effective range of Bluetooth signals. If your Tile is out of Bluetooth range, you can check its last known location on the app. This information is automatically updated whenever anyone in the Tile community comes within Bluetooth range of your Tile.
What's your shipping policy?
Orders are shipped within the next business day and include tracking information (how could we not?). Tile currently ships to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the United States and the European Union (excluding Cyprus, Croatia and Malta). Free shipping in the United States.
Should I be worried about privacy?
In a word, no. Tiles are only visible to the registered user and they do not contain any personal identifiable information on them. If you mark a Tile as lost, other phones can find it, but they do so anonymously. In fact, they never even know they helped unless you send them an in-app thank you.
What's your return policy?
In the .00001% chance you don't love your Tile, you can return all Tiles purchased so long as they're in their original condition, with the original receipt and packaging within 30 days of delivery. We'll happily exchange your product or provide a full refund. Please note this only applies to products you purchased directly from Tile.
